I receive hundreds of emails every week about weight loss and muscle fitness, and a large percentage of these are related to stomach fat. Although of course fat can be present anywhere on the body, the belly is where it is very noticeable, both by other people and yourself. Just look in the mirror every day and you’ll soon find yourself looking at your stomach flab.

Ab belts, ab-loungers, fat burner pills and so-on advertise heavily, but the truth is there is no need to waste your money on them. The models you see in the infomercials did not get their six pack abs using the product, but through proper workouts and nutrition strategies.
